ELEVATE at Heart-J Center is a nature-based mental health support program that blends the restorative power of the outdoors with meaningful, memorable experiences. Guided by a team of educators and therapists, the program is thoughtfully designed to address the unique mental health needs of underserved communities.

Designed for women and girls (ages 11+), ELEVATE empowers participants to build confidence and lead with purpose. Whether you mentor others, are preparing to lead, or are discovering your own voice, this program is for you.

Heart-J Center at Sylvan Dale Ranch is able to offer this event at no charge, thanks to a grant from the Colorado Trust.
